Banderole is a big handsome dark bay gelding from Finger Lakes. He was racing on a knee with chips in it and was supposedly sound.

Unfortunately racing aggravated the knee injury, and when he came to us he was not 100%. He is looking for a home now as a pleasure or trail horse. He is big and sweet and getting sounder as the knee sets up but he will not be up to hard work such as jumping. Great personality, easy keeper. Adoption fee negotiable to the right home, but he will be placed with a lifetime return policy.

Update:

Banderole was adopted! Banderole went to a home on a beautiful farm in VA. Scott was looking for a horse big enough and quiet enough to do some trail riding. He and his family came up from VA with trailer in tow, met Bandy, and took him home. He is doing great!
